Rhythm & Alps has announced that Synthony with conductor Brent Stewart will be part of the festival’s 15th anniversary celebrations in Cardrona Valley, Wānaka from 29 – 31 December 2025. Synthony is described as an unparalleled fusion of a 60-piece orchestra, DJs, live vocalists and immersive visuals, blending orchestral grandeur with electronic dance anthems to create a uniquely explosive live experience. They join a stacked lineup featuring international acts such as RUDIM3NTAL, Santigold and Dizzee Rascal, as well as a range of local favourites. Festival organisers said the event will be one of the biggest yet, with thousands of music lovers expected to ring in the New Year with world-class performances and stunning mountain scenery.
